The bare floors contribute to a cold, uninviting atmosphere!!! It's frustrating how noise from other rooms travels so easily, disrupting any hopes of a peaceful stay!!! Plus, limited parking is a real headache in the evening!!!

While the whole bare-floor situation has a trendy vibe, it does feel a bit frigid and lets noise travel like a freight train. A soft carpet would sure soothe those noisy nights!
